Introduction To Wine - 101
People have been drinking wine for thousands of years. Wine is derived from grapes,
which contain sugar. When this is combined with yeast and allowed to sit for a while, it will produce
alcohol.
This basic course will cover all of the fundamentals of wine, an introduction to wine, and the wine
making process.
Hopefully, by the end of this course, you will have a better understanding of how wine is made, the
different types of wine, food and wine combinations, ordering and serving wine.
